The document production/review stage of litigation can be long and costly.  That is where I come in.  Utilizing my extensive experience in document analysis, I will review your documents quickly and efficiently -- saving your firm and your clients both time and money.

This is what I've done for most of my legal career.  I am good at it, and it is something I enjoy.  And when I am not out on assignment, I work from a home office; thus, I am able to avoid overhead, savings I pass on to you in billable rates lower than those of temporary agencies.  This puts me in the perfect position to help you with your document review.

I can provide several types of reviews.  I can review documents in advance of any litigation as part of a due diligence process so that you can have a better idea of what is in your client's possession should any litigation arise.  Or should you be involved in litigation, I can review the documents before production, so that you know what exactly is being produced, or if the other side has produced boxes of documents on you, I can review those documents so that you know what they have provided.

This review can involve an in-depth look and analysis of every document.  If you prefer the documents be coded, then coding formats and search terms can be decided upon and the review can be done.  I can review documents with an eye for specific details or search terms, or I can review each document as a whole and provide you with an in-depth summary.

I've done due diligence reviews.  I've done production reviews.  And I've done reviews after documents have been dumped on me.  I've reviewed documents by hand in dirty warehouses, and I've reviewed documents electronically, using such programs as Summation, Concordance, and iPro.  I know the challenges involved with each type of review, and I know and understand that each type of review is different.  And if you're producing the documents, my experience can help you produce large numbers of documents diligently, efficiently, and on a cost-effective basis.

I work from my home, but I can work from your office if that is your preference.  If you need me to travel to a location where the documents are being produced, well, I have a laptop and I like to travel.

Note:  I am a member of the Texas Bar, and I am bound by all of the state's rules of confidentiality, conflicts, ethics, and professionalism.  As an attorney, all correspondence and discussion will be bound by attorney-client privilege and attorney work product privilege.
